OMG, I wish all agents were like Traci. She is phenomenal. In a difficult time for sellers, she was able to stir up clients, and work with me to get a close on my home. She responds quickly to any questions I may have. She follows up if there is any concern. She insures that you feel that you have the best deal possible by giving you all the details to meet both the needs of the buyer and the seller. I have worked with 2 other agents in Florida and there is no other agent as thorough. She is there for you if there is any question even if the question is minute. Great follow through. Also I have to say, both Shawna and Traci are the warmest, kindest people I have ever spoken with. So happy and fortunate to have met them.
